Clampdown are a 4 piece band from Leeds consisting of Col Challinor bass & vocals, Martin Banks guitar & vocals, Lee Ruane Keys, guitar and vocals and Paul Richardson drums. They play an eclectic range of music spanning from the 60’s to the 2000’s. We are really looking forward to this gig on Saturday 25th April 2026, 8:00pm Start.

From first communication with Noel and booking the date was so simple. Nothing was too much trouble. Noel was in site when I was setting the room up and nothing was too much trouble for him. Had the most amazing night from start to finish and so did everyone who attended. Recently attended an 18 birthday party last Friday, the venue was great the bar staff were amazing, hard working and friendly Isla and Jaylah. I had my mums wake here and the staff were so lovely as the day before we had an issue with a memory stick showing mums pics and they did everything they could to try and help sort things out for the day. The place was also very cosy inside with a lovely log burner. There was never a queue at the bar for the guests either. We used the cricket club for my grandfathers wake, and I can not thank them enough. Easy communication, no issues at all, we even used the cafe attached for the catering. Had a lovely afternoon at NFCC on Saturday celebrating my mum's 80th birthday. Staff were really helpful and lovely, nothing was too much trouble and happy for us to do our own catering. We hired the facilities at New Farnley Cricket Club for my mum’s wake, and it couldn’t have been a more fitting place. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere in every sense — helped along by a roaring log burner that made the space feel cosy and comforting. The food was great, and it was a lovely, relaxed setting to share memories and catch up with friends and family. It was especially meaningful for me, as it brought back fond memories of my mum calling in here for a drink after a long walk. Thank you to everyone at the club for helping make a difficult day feel that little bit easier and more special.
