Ground Update

We’ve had a really good-working party this entire week who have all played their part in making The Barry Jackson Ground look absolutely fantastic. Marshalled by our Chairman John Baldwin, Mark Mason, Jon Needham, Sam Barraclough, Jonny Phillips, Ed Denton, Alex Holt, Max Chaplin, George Hutchison along with myself have done the various jobs: Cut the outfield/square, washed the clubhouse windows and cleaned out the guttering, all the wooden benches and chairs have also been washed down, the car park has been swept along with the Western Terrace, bandstand, marquee, BBQ area, Celebration Square and Memorial Row. Yesterday, we had a wedding reception, a baby shower/family gathering tonight, we’re on course to win the league tomorrow, and, on Sunday, we are hosting the Priestley Cup Final between Pudsey St Lawrence and Townville, 12:00pm Start.
