Lawns Park Primary School

Kai Watson, Sam Barraclough, Ed Denton and Alex Holt had a visit from Lawns Park Primary School on Wednesday and they had a fun-filled morning teaching them the basics of cricket and then finished off with a game. Beforehand, Chairman John Baldwin gave a brief history of the club, Facilities and Communications Co-Ordinator Noel Bullock spoke about what his role entails and Bradford Premier Cricket League award-winning Groundsman from 2021 Mark Mason also had some input explaining what is required to maintain the picturesque outfield. The children had nothing but great things to say and many want to join a cricket team now because of the sessions. Thanks again”.
